ĦE Encourage the active participation of the youth in the community;

ĦE Promote human rights for the deaf;

ĦE Maintain communication between Asia Pacific Deaf Youth; and

ĦE Disseminate information about the activities and culture for the youth organizations.

ĦE Ħu5Ħvrepresents the Fifth World Federation of the Deaf Asia-Pacific region Youth Camp;

ĦE "Ruins of St. Paul" represents Macau;

ĦE "Camp" represents the Asia Pacific region for the Deaf Youth Camp.

"Participate Actively, Manifest Potentially"

As a Chinese saying goes, "Knowledge changes your life" – meaning that the more knowledge you have, the more brilliant your life will be. In order to achieve contribution in the society, the deaf youth are encouraged to learn continuously, improve their own professional qualities, develop their potential, understand the needs of other deaf people, and promote united spirits and friendliness, as well as the rights for participating in the society equally.
