¡@• Maximum 4 of the Deaf Youth members age between 18-35 years old from each region in Asia Pacific regions.
¡@• All participants must be able to communicate in International Sign Language.
¡@• Maximum 4 extra people from each region are allowed to put into the waiting list.
¡@• Organizer Committee will not be responsible of choosing any participants from waiting list.
¡@The participants must be born between 1 January 1992 and 31 December 1971.
¡@Maximum 4 youth participants from each region may register.
Registration fee:
¡@- USD $100.00 per person (participants only)
Deadlines for Entries:
¡@- General Entries: 31 August 2010
¡@- Nominative Entries: 15 September 2010
¡@- The participants name list will be confirmed on 15 September 2010. If there is a vacancy after the confirmed name list, further notices will be sent to the substitutes about participation for the camp.

Confirmation
¡@- Confirmation letter will be sent within 10 working days.
Invitation Letter
¡@- For the purpose of visa or leave application, please put a check on the right hand column of the registration form. The invitation letter will be sent together with the confirmation letter.
Remarks
¡@- The organizer reserves the rights to amend this information brochure if needed.
¡@- As the registration fee does not include any insurance, it is advised to insure for yourself after confirmation.
¡@- Special menu for Muslims will be considered.
